The Loud American is happy to announce that Joe Fornothin’ will be back live in concert on the Jack Daniels Stage Friday June 28th. The Denver band has taken the Black Hills by storm in the past year and are well on their way to becoming a regional favorite.
The Loud American is fortunate to be one of the tour stops for Washington State’s own Br’ er Rabbit Saturday June 29th. Br’er Rabbit is a four-piece folk + roots band based in Bellingham, WA. Combining each member’s unique influences ranging from Leadbelly to The Lumineers, blending three distinct vocal styles, and adding copious amounts of foot-stomping, they exhibit a sound and a presence that’s at once original and familiar, appealing to audiences of all generations and genres. Having released their self-titled debut EP in November of 2012, they come to the Loud American in Sturgis as part of their first tour of the Midwest on their way to play a Daytrotter session in Illinois.
